Column

Recycled Asphalt Aggregate Road Base*

Grade-ex Earth Works specialty is building Recycled Asphalt Aggregate Road Base roads and yards. This product bonds sufficiently and seals better then regular aggregate.

Initially, we assess your lands primary use, drainage, soft spots, and material composition. Then reconstruct your existing road by digging out soft spots, reshaping drainage, filling in holes, etc. Finally, once the sub-grade is level we overlay with recycled asphalt with heavy equipment

*Recycled Asphalt Road Base is different than Hot Asphalt and Cold Mix. It does not seal and have a smooth surface like Asphalt but is a less expensive alternative.

Road & Yard Grading and on-site Survey Transit Leveling

Our team will grade out your soft spots*, shape water drainage, and haul in new aggregate. Each job is different and ask us to help grade your yard/road.

*Soft pots maybe created by potholes. Where potholes naturally occur problem that happens in a gravel parking lot with traffic and rainfall. Regular maintenance (grading) is required.

Agriculture Field Grading and on-site Survey Transit Leveling

Our team will level your field, shape water drainage, and haul in new material if needed. Each job is different and ask us for help to work on your farm.

New Construction of Parking Lots and Industrial Yards

We offer the service to move material off your site with our equipment and a team of gravel trucks & drivers.

Geotextile Installation

Grade-ex Earth Works specializes in new road/yard construction, excavating, grading, hauling, and landscaping. These tasks may use techniques like Geotextile fabric underlay. Fabric underlay is a technique used for customers whose road/yards are prone to soft spots or carry heavy loads. This fabric membrane works like a blanket that holds the aggregate above to create a near soft spot free road/yard.

Landscaping

We offer the service of landscaping your yard with our team and equipment.

Black Dirt Land Stripping

We offer the service of stripping your raw land with our grader. The precision of a grader helps to strip clean black dirt off of clay or other materials. The skid-steer and loader move the material from one location to another. It is team work.

On-Site Survey Transit leveling

We use on-site laser leveling survey machines to get the grade elevations correct. This technique relies on an experience operator to perform this task. It is needed to ensure your land has a slope for water runoff.

Industrial/Commercial Tent Pad Construction

We have the services and experience to build a recycled asphalt or aggregate tent pad base for your new industrial/commercial fabric tent.
